Use of NIU Department of Earth, Atmosphere, and Environment Webcam System Imagery

Images and/or videos produced, provided, and/or hosted by the NIU Department of Earth, Atmosphere, and Environment Webcam System may be used for broadcast by media and similar entities for up to seven days after the timestamp so long as attribution is provided. Attribution must include explicit acknowledgement of "NIU Meteorology" or "NIU Department of Earth, Atmosphere, and Environment". No broadcast, distribution, and/or redistribution is granted without attribution. 

Use of material that is older than seven days is restricted to/for Noncommercial use. Any commercial use (i.e., in any manner that is intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation) is restricted and not permitted. Request from commercial entities for use of material that is more than seven days old should be sent to Walker Ashley at washley@niu.edu.
